Oh my goodness..not only the soccer girls came in national first..our soccer guys finally brought home the trophy this year!! Heh..after losing to mjc cos of penalty shoot out last yr..we had our vengeance this year at Jalan Besar. No hard feelings to mj people k..but I'm just displaying some pride for my beloved VJC!!

Yo VJC..wassup! Yo VJC wassup! We'll stand our ground, we'll take them them. Give me a V-I-C-T-O-R-I-A..put them together what u spell.........

Omg it was e most exciting soccer match I've ever watched in my entire life. Just when everybody lost hope, our soccer guys did the practically un-do-able..narrowing the score from 2-2, 3-2, 4-2 in like 15minutes! I still can rmb the first goal we had where the ball came 'flying' from e top. And mj's goalkeeper jumped to grab the ball..but he missed! It's like projectile motion you know where e ball is coming 70deg downwards..and before u know it e whole stadium resounded with VJ cheers.

OMG I saw the ball went in with my own eyes lah. We were sitting at the bottom area and the goal post was almost directly before my eyes.

But a few minutes after we scored..mj threatened us with their second goal. All e victorians were really super sad cos we fought hard to score just one goal in the second half but the mj soccer guys just merely a few minutes after us to get another ball in. But nvm..our 2nd goal came a while after..from then onwards our morale was on e high again. Everyone was screaming their lungs out and I clapped till my hands hurt. But are we gonna give up? NO! Are we gonna rely on penalty shots again? NO! And we swiftly delivered a 3rd goal with tremendous effort!

By then everyone was really on e high and everyone started cheering "we are the champions"! With only a few minutes to go..the mj soccer team did make much effort to break even but to no avail (: Then the vj soccer guys somehow became very motivated and they scored a 4th goal during one-on-one!! My goodness tt goal was really superb cos e ball just went into the net nicely since no mj people were defending!

Mr Tan Yew Hwee was squatting down at the field after the whistle sounded during full time. Haha..he's probably too overwhelmed by the results. Not draw, not 3-2, but 4-2!!! I cheered till my throat hurts now.

Well done mj soccer guys..u all did put up a good fight. Well done vj soccer guys..we are still e best!

And the sound of the drums is still in my head. Oh...oh oh oh oh....Vj boleh..Vj boleh!!
